The short version: Tell people you're paid. Only say what RenewRx has approved. Never ask for or share anyone's health information. Never offer patients anything in exchange for signing up. Breaking these rules can end your account and forfeit unpaid commissions.
1. Independent contractor and disclosure
- You are an independent contractor, not an employee, agent or representative of RenewRx. You cannot speak for RenewRx or make commitments on its behalf.
- You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your financial relationship with RenewRx every time you promote it, placed next to the link or mention (for example “#ad”, “I earn a commission”, or “paid partner”). A disclosure buried in a bio, footer or hidden hashtag list is not enough, as required by the FTC Endorsement Guides.
2. Advertising claims: nothing unverifiable
- Only make statements that appear on the RenewRx website or in materials RenewRx has approved in writing.
- Do not claim or imply that any treatment cures, treats, prevents or diagnoses any disease or condition.
- Do not guarantee results, use before-and-after claims, or use phrases such as “clinically proven” or “guaranteed.” Do not present results as typical unless RenewRx has provided substantiation.
- Do not describe any compounded medication as the same as, equivalent to, or a generic version of an FDA-approved drug (including Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro and Zepbound).
- Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety, effectiveness or quality. Do not suggest otherwise.
- Do not say or imply that treatment is risk-free, free of side effects, or suitable for everyone.
- Any testimonial you share must be genuine and representative. Do not fabricate reviews or personas, or claim personal use you have not had.
3. No medical advice
- Do not give medical advice, recommend doses, or diagnose anyone. Send all medical questions to a RenewRx licensed provider.
- Only a RenewRx licensed provider decides whether a person is eligible for treatment. A referral does not guarantee a prescription.
4. Patient privacy and HIPAA
- Affiliates do not receive patient health information. Do not request, collect, store or share anyone's health information on RenewRx's behalf, and do not ask referred individuals about their medical history, conditions or medications.
- Do not publicly identify or confirm that any person is a RenewRx patient without that person's written permission.
- Do not post or share screenshots of patient messages or information.
- Your affiliate dashboard shows referrals by anonymous reference number only. RenewRx cannot confirm or discuss any individual's patient status with you.
5. Compensation and referral rules
- Commission is paid only for new patients who remain subscribed through the vesting period of 30 days after their protocol starts. It is forfeited if the patient cancels before then. RenewRx may change the vesting period or commission amount going forward with notice.
- Do not offer any patient a payment, discount, gift, rebate or other incentive in exchange for signing up, and do not share your commission with referred individuals.
- Do not pay or compensate any third party, including other influencers or lead brokers, to refer people without RenewRx's prior written consent.
- Do not use paid search ads that bid on RenewRx brand terms, purchased lead lists, or lead-generation schemes.
- Do not refer yourself, your household, or accounts you control to earn commission.
- RenewRx may withhold, adjust or reverse commissions for violations or fraudulent referrals.
6. Email, text and phone marketing
- Only email or text people who have opted in to hear from you. Comply with CAN-SPAM and the TCPA, including honoring unsubscribe requests within 10 days.
- Do not send unsolicited texts, auto-dialed calls or prerecorded messages that mention RenewRx.
- Do not use deceptive subject lines or sender information.
7. Brand and content
- Do not use the RenewRx name or logo in a way that suggests RenewRx endorses you, and do not register domains or social handles containing “RenewRx.”
- Do not use any clinician's name, image or credentials without RenewRx's written approval.
- Remove or correct any content within 48 hours of a reasonable request from RenewRx.
- Do not target minors. You confirm that you are 18 or older.
8. Eligibility and program control
- You confirm you are not excluded from any federal healthcare program and have not been convicted of a healthcare-related offense.
- RenewRx may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any violation, and unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
- RenewRx may update these terms with notice. Continuing to participate means you accept the updated terms.
- Information you provide is handled under the RenewRx Privacy Policy.
9. Taxes
- You are responsible for your own taxes. RenewRx may require a Form W-9 and may issue a Form 1099 if you earn $600 or more in a calendar year.
