RenewRx dispenses compounded anastrozole from a licensed 503A pharmacy. Compounded medications are prepared for an individual patient and are not FDA-approved. The FDA-approved branded version is Arimidex. This use is also off-label, meaning it's prescribed at your clinician's discretion outside the approved indication. We'd rather tell you that plainly than let you assume otherwise — your provider will walk you through what it means before you start.
